The lot is shared with a Chiropractor toward the Barnard St end of the alley. Please ONLY park on the High St Suites side (wall side) of the lot. CANCELLATION POLICY
Your experience in my chair is my top priority. To ensure your spot, a valid card is required when booking an appointment. Appointments cancelled within 24 hours will be charged 50% of the appointment cost. Every client is allowed ONE free last minute cancellation as a courtesy! No call/no shows will be charged 100%. If your card declines you will not be permitted to rebook. Repeated no-shows/last min cancels will lose online & pre-booking privileges. Deposits (when required) are non-refundable. If you’re running LATE or can’t make your appointment, please text me at 610-906-0764 as soon as possible. Arrivals more than 15 minutes late may need to be rescheduled, or adjusted. If you’re SICK, please request to reschedule ASAP! Your health is important to me, and so is risking health of other clients/myself. Thank you for your support and respect for these policies.l
